My partner pan fries bologna in small layers of bbq sauce, and then cooks scrambled eggs for bologna and egg sandwiches. I personally don’t like it but our 7 year old does if that says anything !

Did you grow up eating cold bologna? I never had fried bologna either until my late 30s, after I met my husband. He grew up eating fried bologna sandwiches whereas mine were always cold with mayo, lettuce etc. like you would eat a regular cold cut sandwich. I like both kinds, and the fried bologna is basically like fried spam which I already loved in musubi or a rice bowl, but the cold bologna sandwich is nostalgic for me. Husband thinks it’s gross because he never had it un-fried!
